Refund and Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We may request to provide additional information (photos, receipt etc.) in order to proceed with a return, replacement or a refund.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the product and packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product please email us at sales@timeoutpro.net

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return an item for a reason other than damage please follow the following steps:

Check the box and the contents upon delivery! Make sure to open the box and check the actual item!
• If you cannot inspect the box or the contents make sure to write "not inspected" on the delivery receipt & contact us within 48 hours.
• If the box is damaged mark "damaged" on the delivery receipt & contact us within 48 hours.
• If the item is damaged do not accept the delivery! Refuse the delivery & contact us within 48 hours.
• If possible please try to take a picture of the damage and include it when contacting us.
Please note that a resolution for a freight claim can take up to 90 days. Credits will only be made once the claims are resolved with the carrier.

Replacements:
Should you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 14 days for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). All items must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for return:
• Box & packaging must be intact.
• All packaging materials, accessories, and pamphlets must be present.
• The item must have never been installed or used.
• The item must be in resalable condition.
• The item must not be part of the "not eligible for return" list (see below).

All items returned with no fault of Timeoutpro.net will be considered as  buyer's remorse returnd and will be subject to up to 30% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for original & return shipping costs
. Restocking fee depends on the policy of each manufacturer.

Please not that any items returned to us without an RMA will be rejected and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
The following product categories and manufacturers are not eligible for return:
• Fireplaces
• Tile
• Special Order & Custom Order Items
• Orders that were shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or International Orders
These exclusions do not apply to returns that are due to damage or error on the part of 4Coast Design
Please allow up to 30 days for all returns to be processed and all credits to be made.

Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order please e-mail us at sales@timeoutpro.net TimeoutPRO will be happy to cancel any orders that have not begun the shipping process. Items that are already being prepared for shipping can be cancelled and will incur a 15% cancellation fee. If the item has already shipped, a cancellation cannot be made. In this case please follow the return directions above.
Please note that if you have not received a confirmation for the cancellation of your order, your order has not been cancelled. Orders must be cancelled before 3 P.M. Eastern Time. Cancellation requests made after that time will be processed as received the next business day.
Please make sure to receive confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive a reply to your e-mail within 1 business day please call our customer service line. Cancellations made by voicemail are not accepted!

Cancellation of shipped but not yet delivered order:
If you would like to cancel order that was already shipped, please e-mail us at sales@timeoutpro.net will be happy to cancel your order however cancellation will incur a 20% cancellation fee + you will be fully responsible for Original Shipping Costs, & Return Shipping Costs.

Fees:
Returns Due To Shipping Damage, Defects, or Wrong Item: No Fees. Please see above replacement policy and send pictures of issue if possible.

Buyer Remorse Return: 30% Restocking Fee, Original Shipping Costs, & Return Shipping Costs.

Cancellation Fee: No Fee If Cancelled Before Order Has Been Processed For Shipping, 15% If Order Has Already Been Processed For Shipping.
